What we collect
When you use the lot check or the chat: your answers about the lot, the lot's street address, your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email. When you call: your number and, if you leave one, your message.
Why
To look up your parcel and side sewer records before a feasibility call, to confirm the call by text, and to follow up about your project. We do not sell your information and do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Our team, and the tools that run our calendar, text messages and email. If you become a client, the City sees what any permit application requires.
