One kind of building, done the same careful way

We build ADUs and nothing else. The owner walks every lot, the same small crew frames every unit, and one person owns your permit file from survey to keys.

The team

Slots for the owner, the permit coordinator and the site lead: a photo, a name and one sentence each, written by them. No stock faces on a real site.

  • Owner and lead builder. Name and photo
  • Permit coordinator. Name and photo
  • Site lead. Name and photo

The warranty

A workmanship warranty in the contract, in writing. Manufacturer warranties for windows, roofing and appliances collected in your binder.

The one-year check-in. Before the first year is out we come back, walk the unit with you and fix what settled: doors, trim, caulk. It is booked when we hand over the keys.
